How can real-world vehicle emissions data help cities to become zero-emission: some evidence from Europe

This report provides an overview of policies aimed at tackling local air quality with the goal of eventually moving towards zero-emissions cities. This overview is followed by recommendations on how local and regional authorities and other stakeholders might make best use of real-world emissions data to frame local and regional policy discussions.
